Powerwheels and Pinwheels

Happy New Year everyone!  We have had a very exciting week since our last post, Christmas, Julian taking his first steps and lots of fun with all of our new toys that Santa brought.  Ava and I have also been working on bows and headbands, and we have a new design now that we are calling pinwheels.  So here are some pics of Ava's new powerwheels and pinwheels!

Dear Julian,

You are one today my sweet angel!  This has been such an amazing year for our family, you coming in to our family has truly been a blessing and has made our family complete.  You are a wonderful little boy and your Mommy, Daddy, and big Sissy couldn't love you more.  You have given us so many new memories and beautiful moments that we will all cherish forever.  We love you, our little Bubby.  Happy Birthday!
Love,
Your proud Mommy

Still in the hospital, you and Mommy having some snuggle time.

They brought you to me in a stocking, we were in the hospital together for Christmas.
I couldn't have asked for a better Christmas blessing.

Your big sister holding you for one of the first times, she never wanted to put you down.
You are almost 8 months here, look how much you have grown.
Your one year birthday.  Such a big boy!

Bippity Boppity Boo!

We went to Disney Princesses on Ice today, so much fun and so many adorable little princesses!  The bears took their bitty bears (my friends and their girls) and we had a blast.  Check out the headband princess crowns.  The girls wore the prototypes, may be some to come on the website soon!

Holiday Fun!

We have been trapped inside for the past couple of days due to a little snow and a bad case of croup.  I have been working on Super Grover capes for Julian's first birthday party coming up and haven't made any new bows this week, BUT have been doing some brainstorming and Ava and I have some ideas up our sleeves.

Speeking of Ava, here is the quote of the week.  I showed Ava one of the capes I made for the party and she said, "Mom, do you think I could try it on, I just need to take it on a little test drive!"

Here are some pics of this past week.  Happy Holidays!

Headbands Anyone?

Hello everyone!  We have been busy as you all have I am sure getting ready for the holidays, and some headbands have been created in the busy rush!  Pretty cute, they are interchangeable so each has a "slipcover", handsewn and with a tab so that a bow can be attached or left without.  Working on more covers to offer, I will keep you posted with new designs.

Quote of the week from Ava when asked about what she did at dance class:  "We just sat around and played board games Mom...."  I have attached a picture of her after her dance class twirling with fairy costume and ski hat.  So fun!
